These Terms and Conditions (‘T&Cs’) apply to the use of the Charlesworth Publishing Services Ltd.’s YANSCI website www.yansci.io (hereafter referred to as ‘YanSci’, ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘Service’).

2. Password and Security

- When you register to use the Service we will email you a verification link. You must click the verification link in the email to complete your registration on YanSci.

3. Description of Service

We grant you non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to link to our website providing there is no reputational damage to us. We reserve the right to withdraw our permission at any time to allow you to link to our website.

We define ‘author’ as a person named as ‘author ‘on the article claimed and/or content uploaded to your Author dashboard. In claiming an article, you warrant to us that you have the legal right to claim and you are not infringing another’s intellectual property rights.
